My name is Sydney!

My passion for baking is as homemade as the treats are (Thanks Mom). My dessert making career began when I was just a teenager, working my very first job plating desserts. I fell in love with the art and haven't looked back. I attended Johnson and Wales University and earned my degree in baking and pastry arts. I had amazing internship opportunities, including a six month internship with Disney, that taught me so many unique idea and techniques that I can not wait to use on your baked goods!
